Strategic Directions 2015–18

The mission of ADEA is to lead institutions and individuals in the dental education community to address contemporary issues influencing
education, research and the delivery of oral health care for the overall health and safety of the public.

LeadershipProvide leadership for the future of dental education and serve as the authority on the education of the dental and allied dental workforce.

Teaching and LearningProvide dental, allied dental and advanced dental educators with the information, knowledge, resources and tools they need to prepare the future dental workforce for an undiscovered future.
ResearchPromote the importance of research as the foundation of dental education, and of the science and practice of dentistry.

 

ServiceSupport the academic dental community in its mission to meet the evolving oral health needs of a diverse society.
